We are seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for unlocking financial opportunities for businesses. This role is key to driving strategic alliances with financial institutions and expanding our impact ecosystem.
Job Description
- Identify and onboard financial institutions, investors, and high-growth businesses for strategic partnerships.
- Design and execute innovative partnership strategies to facilitate funding, sponsorships, and investment deals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banks, fintechs, VC firms, and other financial ecosystem players.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover industry trends, capital needs, and partnership gaps.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that align with both client objectives and institutional priorities.
- Represent MFPH at key events, conferences, and forums to elevate our brand and deepen market presence.
- Collaborate closely with the training, coaching, and consulting teams to ensure a unified business development approach.
Qualifications
- A degree holder in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- You bring 5–7 years of experience in business development, corporate banking, investment advisory, or financial services.
- You have a proven ability to build and manage high-value partnerships and close complex deals.
- Your communication is clear, persuasive, and tailored to both institutional and business audiences.
- You understand the funding landscape for SMEs and can navigate financial networks with confidence.
