Precious Williams – Owodunni

As the CEO and Founder of Mountaintop Consulting, Precious leads a team of experts focused on enabling leading organizations to attract and retain high potential employees through coaching, online courses, training programs, and strengths-based team building. She is widely trusted to foster stronger leaders, rainmakers, and cultures.

Before establishing Mountaintop Consulting, Precious was a Vice President at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where she made private equity investments in high growth companies. She led her group’s investing and business development efforts in key Southern markets and served on the board of several portfolio companies. Precious began her Goldman career as an investment banker in the Mergers & Strategic Advisory Group, where she advised energy, retail, and industrial companies on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance matters.

Precious graduated with honors from Yale University and received her J.D. from Yale Law School. She currently serves as a corporate and nonprofit board member. A Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, she is a member of the exclusive Forbes Coaches Council and speaks frequently on business development, personal branding, entrepreneurship, strategic career management, and leadership.
